Sigil isn't answering on this machine

This page opens the Observatory that runs on your own computer, on port 8199.

1. Start it: sigil serve start
2. Don't have Sigil yet? Install it.
3. Running it on another port? Open local.sigilagent.com/?port=N.
4. If your browser blocks this page from reaching your computer, allow it when asked, or open localhost:8199 directly.
